Returning after twenty years: BMW presents their 2012 M3 DTM Concept car
You`ll be even prouder of your M3 now, it may share but a few ties with the race car but the spirit is all there. This carbonfibre-reinforced plastic monocoque DTM car houses a naturally aspirated 4.0-litre V8 with 480 bhp and when floored will reach 62 mph in 3 seconds and if pushed will top 186 mph.
Despite having our first glimpse a few days ago, BMW pulled the covers off their M3 DTM race car today which is set to do battle with fellow German rivals Audi and Mercedes-Benz for the first time in 2012
